The Southern Colorado Chapter of Community Associations Institute (CAI - SOCO) serves the education, business, and networking needs of community associations in Colorado Springs, Pueblo, Trinidad, and other Southern Colorado cities.  Members include condominium, cooperative, and homeowner associations as well as those who provide services and products to associations. The Southern Colorado Chapter has 310 members and it is one of 58 Chapters of Community Associations Institute.  Community Associations Institute is a national, non-profit organization dedicated to fostering vibrant, responsive, competent community associations. Our Mission

The mission of the Southern Colorado Chapter is to provide education, research, and information to the leadership of Community Associations and a networking opportunity for all members.

The Southern Colorado Chapter accomplishes this mission by holding 8 Monthly Education Programs each year, 2 Special Education seminars, publishing a bi-monthly newsletter, and providing additional resources for our members in conjunction with the National organization.  In addition the Southern Colorado Chapter has an Annual Golf Tournament, Annual Sky Sox Baseball Game & BBQ, Annual Meeting, and our Holiday Party.  The Holiday Party affords us the opportunity to install Officers for the upcoming year and to present Awards to our outstanding volunteers for the year.
