The Southern Colorado Chapter of Community Associations Institute (CAI - SOCO) serves the education, business, and networking needs of community associations in Colorado Springs, Pueblo, Trinidad, and other Southern Colorado cities.  Members include condominium, cooperative, and homeowner associations as well as those who provide services and products to associations. The Southern Colorado Chapter has 320 members.  The chapter is one of 55 Community Associations Institute chapters in the nation.      More
