The Southern Colorado Chapter offers the following benefits to all members, whether you are an individual homeowner, a board member, a community manager, or a professional selling to and servicing the industry.

Structure = Leadership

The National network of CAI members is growing daily! There are more than 27,800 individuals and professionals that belong to CAI, all providing opportunities to network and exchange ideas and information.

The Southern Colorado Chapter has 325 members.  On a National level, we have won awards in Membership, Best Net Growth Membership, Chapter Development and Management and Member Services.

Leadership development on a local, regional and national level is a direct result of CAI’s success. Development and instruction is emphasized at our Education Programs, "Essentials of Community Association Volunteer Leadership" class and Law Day.  CAI holds a National Conference in April to further the education of homeowners, board members, managers and our business partners.

Resources = Education

The Southern Colorado Chapter publishes an annual Membership Directory.  This valuable resource is a benefit used on a daily basis by many of our members. A complete listing of all members is contained in the Directory.

The Chapter's website, www.caisoco.org is a valuable resource to our members providing up to date information on programs, committee meetings and other Chapter events.
