You'll get the most out of your membership if you invest time into helping the Southern Colorado Chapter committees stay active and innovative. From programs to membership to legislative activity, committee members provide the strength that enables the Chapter to meet the needs of its member communities in the Southern Colorado area. Any member of the Southern Colorado Chapter is welcome to join any committee. Contact the Chapter Office for information.

EDUCATION COMMITTEE: This committee plans the 8
Education Programs and also the "Essentials" class and Law Day. The
committee decides on program topics and selects speakers to do the

GOLF COMMITTEE: The committee is responsible for planning the Annual Golf Tournament. Please call Sam Firenze @ 1-720-496-8924 or the Chapter Office for meeting dates & times.
HOSPITALITY COMMITTEE: This committee is responsible for greeting members and guests at Chapter programs and for selling raffle tickets. Please contact the Chapter Office - 264-0301.
LEGISLATIVE ACTION COMMITTEE: This committee is comprised of members from the Southern Colorado and Rocky Mountain Chapters. The purpose of this committee is to review proposed legislation which would affect homeowners associations and to work with legislators to draft and approve legislation which would benefit homeowners associations. MEMBERSHIP COMMITTEE: This committee works to recruit new members and plans events to educate non-members about CAI and its benefits. Contact Eric Phillips @ 719-321-2912.
