Legislative Action Committees (LACs) exist to represent the interests of, and to provide regular communications to, CAI members and chapters located within their boundaries with respect to state legislative, regulatory, and amicus curiae activities of relevance to the creation and operation of community associations. LAC delegates are nominated by the chapters and by the LAC itself, and volunteer their time and energy to benefit all CAI members. Members from the Southern Colorado and Rocky Mountain Chapter comprise the Colorado Legislative Action Committee. Committee meetings are held at the offices of the Lobbyist when the legislature is in session and at a specified location in Denver in the off season months.
For more information on this committee or to find out the date, time and location of the next meeting please contact the Chapter Office.
