The Community Associations Institute of Southern Colorado (CAI-SOCO) serves the education, business, and networking needs of community associations in Colorado Springs and other Southern Colorado cities.  Members include condominium, cooperative, and homeowner associations as well as those who provide services and products to associations.

CAI-SOCO has over 350 members and is one of 61 Chapters of Community Associations Institute nationwide.  Community Associations Institute is an international, non-profit organization dedicated to fostering vibrant, responsive, competent community associations. Our Chapter is supported through a variety of sponsorship opportunities, including annual partnerships and a la carte sponsorships for individual events.  We could not run the organization without the support of our sponsors.
