The mission of the Southern Colorado Chapter is to provide the necessary resources to members of community associations, their management and expert service providers to the advancement of the HOA Community.

The Southern Colorado Chapter accomplishes this mission by holding periodic Education Programs and Seminars each year, publishing a quarterly newsletter, and providing additional resources for our members in conjunction with the National organization.  In addition, the Southern Colorado Chapter holds an Annual Golf Tournament, Cheyenne Mountain Zoo event, Bowling Tournament, Top Golf Tournament, Annual Meeting, and a Holiday Party.  The Holiday Party affords us the opportunity to install Officers for the upcoming year, present Awards to our outstanding volunteers for the year, and support a local charity.
