Kelly Morrow is a seasoned attorney having practiced for over 20 years, nine of which have been focused on community association law with Orten Cavanagh Holmes & Hunt, LLC. As a partner and general counsel attorney with the firm, Kelly assists developers and common interest communities in a wide-range of transactional matters, including but not limited to, drafting and amending governing documents, document interpretation, real property matters, contract drafting, and risk management.
Kelly is licensed to practice law in both Colorado and California. Prior to joining Orten Cavanagh Holmes & Hunt, LLC Kelly focused on general real property matters, title review and insurance, construction, development, and other business-related matters.
