Have you ever been asked or asked yourself: “What do we do?” “How do we keep the board from hoarding reserves?” “How do we keep the board from depleting reserves by over-spending?” Then this presentation discussion will uncover the pitfalls of HOA reserves quicksand and how to get out of it.

Speaker: Bryan Farley of Association Reserves

Bryan Farley is the President of Association Reserves, CO, and has completed over 3,000 Reserve Studies and earned the Community Associations Institute (CAI) designation of Reserve Specialist (RS #260). Since 2011 Bryan has served all types of condominium and homeowners’ associations throughout the United States, ranging from international high-rises to historical monuments.
